Why we publish these

The calculator only uses the typical ranges on our pricing page, and the range widens when you say you have not looked at the piers, because nobody can price pier condition from outside the skirting. What a tool cannot do is get under the home. Pier condition, a torn vapor barrier, standing water, rusted straps: those get found at the level check, and the price written at the home does not move afterward.
